                        Right to Education- A bygone part of Indian constitution Jammu and Kashmir a bone of contention between two herculean states of sub-continent   who are the progeny of    “two – nation   theory”, India and Pakistan after the Great Britain left. This part of the globe was dissected   and been disputed since the tribal invasion from Pakistan and some part of it has become Azad Kashmir and the other latterly came to be known as Indian occupied Kashmir. The total literacy rate of this state is 67.16 % of which male percentage is 76.75% and female 56.43 %. Apart from the internal disturbance some parents prefer to invest on education so to send their children to other peaceful states of India to continue their studies.
